Split Copy_field::get_copy_func() into virtual methods in Field

Details

    Description

      To provide symmetric code for built-in and pluggable data types we'll split this method:

      Copy_field::Copy_func *
      		 
      Copy_field::get_copy_func(const Field *to, const Field *from)
      		 
      {
      		 
      ...
      		 
      }

      into virtual methods in Field.
