Removing element from MDL map takes 2% in OLTP PS

    Description

      For a single threaded benchmark that issues in a loop "SELECT c FROM sbtest1 WHERE id=<id>" we insert/remove element to/from MDL hash once per query. This involves memory allocation and takes ~2% of execution time.

      It should be possible to avoid this by caching elements.
