5.5 build fails on Ubuntu Utopic in buildbot

      Ubuntu Utopic has Boost 1.55 (from the official repo).
      OQGRAPH in 5.5 doesn't build with Boost 1.55.
      Install cannot find it and fails.

          I think I've disabled it for 5.5 in buildbot for now (followed the example with sid).
