      Description

      The new privilege logic for CREATE TEMPORARY TABLES was merged into 10.0, but the test cases aren't there. There seem to be pieces in several test files, I checked grant2.test which contains a fragment for bug 27480 in MySQL 5.6.10, but not in 10.0.4 candidate.
