Re-enable JSON_SCHEMA_VALID checks in optimizer context tests

    Description

      The JSON_SCHEMA_VALID() check was disabled in optimizer context tests due to subtle bugs MDEV-38033, and MDEV-40894. We can re-enable the JSON_SCHEMA_VALID() check, and modify any tests result diffs once the mentioned MDEVs are resolved.
