    Description

      Issue:

      -------------
      Optimizer context is empty when select query doesn't refer any tables
      So replay fails with below:
      ReplayTest: optimizer_context returned no rows

      For mtr output : refer mtr2.out

      MTR testcase to repro issue: (Say example.test)

      explain select 1;

      How to repro:

      ./mtr example.test  --replay-server
