MTR --view displays wrong column name

    Description

      Please see comment in mysql-test/main/intersect_all.test

      # TODO: there is a bug in --view protocol, it displays column name as '*' instead of 'x'

      The test yelds wrong result under --view without lines:

      --replace_result * x

      Please remove `--replace_result * x` in test after the bug fixed.
