    Description

      Make it possible to use Hints with VIEWs that have no QB_NAMEs

      Allow the use of implicit query block names (e.g. @`select#X` ) to address any query block in a toplevel query, including VIEWs. Allow VIEW creation where such references are valid when the VIEW is a parent query.

      TODO. There is a problem with SELECT numbering that prevents this at the moment. But it may be solved with the PR for MDEV-37511 (investigate).
