Create Binlog-in-Innodb mariadb-binlog MTR tests

The patch for MDEV-34705 (Storing binlog in innodb) has progressed to support mariadb-binlog being able to read the new binlog files. This JIRA tracks helping that project by creating MTR tests to ensure mariadb-binlog reads binlog files correctly.

The binlog-in-innodb project supports new functionality that doesn't exist in the legacy binlog format, and all of these edge-cases must be tested, e.g. large transactions which spill content out-of-band, both within the same file, and for logs which span multiple files; and ensuring that all use-cases of mariadb-binlog are supported under these edge-cases, e.g. binlog data analysis and piping output to the mariadb CLI.
