    Description

      MDEV-36606 provides an initial static analysis of error handling in various situations when new binary logs are created.

      This ticket provides follow up work to create an MTR test(s) which is(are) parameterized and will test the error handling logic in these various situations.

      This should test various edge-cases in binlog error handling, to which one done, if an error-handling inconsistencies are found, can be analyzed, and a report can be created the details where error handling logic needs to be improved.
