After update from 10.11.11 to 10.11.12 thousand times slower

    Description

      After the update from 10.11.11 to 10.11.12 thousand times slower. Simple queries running in milliseconds took tens of seconds or minutes. The Website was too slow. It was hard to even restart MariaDB. Multiple restarts did not help.

      Everything was fine after reverting to 10.11.11 as before.
