Conflict between MDEV-36504 and MDEV-16329

Details

    Description

      InnoDB should reset the bulk_insert variable at the end of the copy bulk operation.
      In extra() HA_EXTRA_END_ALTER_COPY call, InnoDB should reset the TRX_DDL_BULK
      to make sure that bulk_insert is in initial position.
