main.mysqld--help-aria test failure when no MAC address (--table-cache is deprecated and will be removed in a future release)

    Description

      After uploading 1:11.8.1-3 to Debian the official Debian builds started failing on post-build error:

      Issue seems to be reproducible on systems with no network and only the loopback device present, which is the case on e.g. the Debian and Gentoo build environments.
