log_drop_table() result is not checked by callers

Details

    Description

      Introduced by MDEV-24576 function may return a negative result suggesting
      an error at binary logging (see MDEV-35207 as an example how) in which case
      at the bare minimum the state of binlog caches need to be verified, them to be cleaned if necessary; as well as an user error generated.
      Also it's not fully unclear how the following execution paths should be modified.
