Parsec plugins missing from generic binary tarball

    Description

      The mariadb-11.6.2-linux-systemd-x86_64.tar.gz binary tarball does not contain the auth_parsec.so (server side) and parsec.so (client side) plugin library files in its lib/plugin directory.

      The Debian/Ubuntu and RPM packages have them, it is only the binary tarball where they are missing (which is a bit strange as the tarball even includes things like auth_0x0100.so)
