SHOW REPLICA HOSTS documentation is misleading

The knowledgebase documentation for SHOW REPLICA HOSTS mentions that the option --report-host must be configured on the replica for the entry to show up in the SHOW REPLICA HOSTS output on the master. This is not true, as the master will output entries for all connected replicas. Additionally, it should be clarified that starting in 10.5, the Host value is automatically populated based on the network connection information, and prior to 10.5, the value is left blank.
