Revamp "NDB in MariaDB" page

https://mariadb.com/kb/en/ndb-in-mariadb/ Needs revamping. It also has contradictions (has been removed completely from ...vs... all the ndb code is still in the tree).

Perhaps 1) remove all old comments, 2) change the full page to something simple and straightforward like:

"NDB (MySQL Cluster) was disabled by default up to MariaDB 10.0, and was completely removed in MariaDB 10.1."

[In green box, as is] For an actively developed alternative, see Galera Cluster. 

Without anything else. That would seem to be more than sufficient on the topic while directing people towards Galera.
