CONCAT() cuts part of the string with result:
Case: (run MTR test with --cursor-protocol):

 CREATE TABLE t1 (

  f20_3 FLOAT(20,3) ,

  d53 DOUBLE(53,0) ,

  d53_10 DOUBLE(53,10)

)  ENGINE=rocksdb;

INSERT INTO t1 (f20_3,d53,d53_10) VALUES (
