Save old query execution plans and choose appropiate plan for execution

    Description

      Customer wants to have the ability to save query execution plans and then be able to choose which to use for execution.

      I recommended log-slow-verbosity with query plan & index hints but customer is not happy with that.

      They are expecting a feature similar to Oracles.
