Description
After the latest adjustments to the release model there will be no 11.3.3 11.3.4, etc, 11.4.3, 11.4.4, etc, etc.
This makes current way of making one apt/yum repo per minor version rather meaningless, as such a repo can not be used for upgrades, it will basically be a disposable repo, usable only once.
Instead we should have one "11.x GA" repo, with 11.x.2 packages and one "11.x RC" repo with 11.x.1 packages.
11.0-11.2 versions should stay as they are, they aren't affected by this release model adjustments.
