Documentation - no easy way to determine deprecated/removed variables

    Description

      There is a page for Added system variables by release, but nothing for removed. To determine what was removed without testing/looking for errors in logs, you have to trawl either the various System Variables pages split by section (server, InnoDB, ....) or trawl the release notes searching for "removed: " or "deprecated: ".

            The removed/deprecated variables are listed in the upgrade pages, for example https://mariadb.com/kb/en/upgrading-from-mariadb-10-6-to-mariadb-10-11/

            I've also added links from the "System Variables Added" pages.
