rpl_semi_sync_master_net_wait_num is not protected

    Description

      rpl_semi_sync_master_net_wait_num that is incremented from flush_net(), function used to send events to replica is not protected.
      This test should make it Atomic_counter.
      In addition add proper test case coverage for that status variables in general, currently there is none.
