MariaDB should not accept dates with 'T' on the end

    Description

      MariaDB [test]> create table t1 (a date);
      		 
      MariaDB [test]> insert into t1 values ("2003-02-05T");

      The above should be an error (in strict mode). Now it's accepted even without a warning.
