Enable the test spider/bugfix.mdev_29676 once MDEV-25292 is pushed

    Description

      The bug in MDEV-29676 (which will be pushed soon) only manifests and the testcase mdev_29676 only works when the patches in MDEV-25292 are applied. Enable the testcase when both MDEV-29676 and MDEV-25292 is pushed.
