mariadb-hotcopy fails for performance_schema

    Description

      Using mariadb-hotcopy I receive the error:

      DBD::MariaDB::db do failed:  command denied to user 'root'@'localhost' for table `performance_schema`.`accounts` at /usr/bin/mariadb-hotcopy line 523.

      My patch for this issue, below.
