Apparently these tests happen to be executed by the same worker on amd64-ubuntu-2004-msan in the new buildbot, so it fails often there.

Purge thread does create the transaction when it tries to open the table virtual column computation.

mysqltest: Result content mismatch

I've also seen this same failure on amd64-ubuntu-2004-debug. Thus seems to be sporadic issue affecting Ubuntu 22.04+.
