Delete Spider plugin variables regarding statistics persistence

    Description

      Delete spider_store_last_crd, spider_store_last_sts, spider_load_crd_at_startup, and spider_load_sts_at_startup. Stats should always be retrieved when the stats synchronization is enabled.

      In addition, we will refactor spider_get_share() by cutting out statistics-related processing from the spider_get_share() function. this was already done in MDEV-29676
