Description

The fix for ~~MDEV-16530~~ have introduced two new variables

spider_remote_wait_timeout
spider_wait_timeout
and a test case.

But this test case does not test these variables. It only uses server's wait_timeout, and then does not get the timeout error. So the test is completely irrelevant for the ~~MDEV-16530~~ and needs to be rewritten.
