Request: User Account Host Names using CIDR notation

Details

    Description

      CIDR Notation was specified by RFC 4632 in 2006.
      It is more compact than netmasks.
      I would like to request CIDR notation as a new feature for User Account Host Names.

      MySQL 8.0.23 has already done this with WL#14074:
