      The bug is the same/very close to this one.

      6 out of 10 times a multi-table DELETE is issued, replication breaks on the slave.

      Last_SQL_Error: Could not execute Delete_rows_v1 event on table internal.files_trash; Can't find record in 'files_trash', Error_code: 1032; handler error HA_ERR_KEY_NOT_FOUND; the event's master log sql1-bin.000003, end_log_pos 45515592

      I'm using Maxscale in readwritesplit mode in front of two MariaDB 10.4.14 servers.
