      SELECT seq FROM seq_1_to_1 WHERE seq <= 1 ORDER BY seq;

      return 1 rows

      SELECT seq FROM seq_1_to_1 WHERE seq <= 1 ORDER BY seq DESC;

      return 0 rows!!!
