Combination of "," (comma), cross join and left join fails to parse (regression since 10.1.40)

      SELECT a.a FROM (SELECT 1 AS a) a, (SELECT 2 AS b) b CROSS JOIN (SELECT 3 AS c) c LEFT JOIN (SELECT 4 AS d) d ON 1

      MariaDB 10.1.41 complains with:
      #1054 - Unknown column 'a.a' in 'field list'

      This was working perfectly with version 10.1.40.
