mariabackup fails when innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct contains a fraction (is not an integer)

    Description

      Hi,

      I have set innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct to 0.5 and the database is starting and working fine with this setting. However, mariabackup fails:

      Unknown suffix '.' used for variable 'innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct' (value '0.5')
      		 
      /opt/mysql/bin/mariabackup: Error while setting value '0.5' to 'innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct'

      This issue was fixed in xtrabackup 2.4.15 (https://jira.percona.com/browse/PXB-1807).
