Determine Item::cmp_type() from Item::type_handler()

Details

    Description

      We'll change Item::cmp_type() to be a non-virtual inline method:

      Item_result cmp_type() const
      		 
      {
      		 
        return type_handler()->cmp_type();
      		 
      }

      and remove all virtual implementations from all Item descendants.
