Add status variable: Executed_functions

We have Executed_events, Executed_triggers and Com_call_procedure.
(which, according to documentation, is "Number of CALL procedure_name statements executed"; so failed CALLs are not counted, in my understanding)

An information of this type is still missing: how much stored functions have been executed.
