      install mariadb-test package, run tests.

      Otherwise there will be more commits like https://github.com/MariaDB/server/commit/eedbb901e5ed that do

      --let MARIADB = $MYSQL_BINDIR/client//mariadb

      which can only work from the source tree when client binaries are under client/.
