Add openjdk to Buildbot builders

    Description

      A CONNECT engine compile issue was missed in buildbot because the JDBC component didn't compile. Please install "default-jdk" from the Debian apt repo so that this compiles. I think this is "java-latest-openjdk" in Red Hat, but Debian is more important here.
