Missing MariaDB-compat files for s390x RPM packages

    Description

      For the RPM package creation, buildbot fetches some MariaDB compat files. Since these are not available for s390x, this step fails (https://buildbot.mariadb.org/#/builders/326/builds/1118). The solution is to skip the step for s390x.
