    Description

      https://llvm.org/ release schedule puts clang 22 GA on Feb 24th, 2026.

      Some adhoc work has been done to prepare the codebase for this.

      Lets deploy the update in a non-protected branches to gather if there's regressions before removing out the clang-20 versions.
