Connector builds need to be added to the new buildbot

Connector/ODBC, Connector/C++, and possibly Connector/C (there are definitely builders; I am not sure if they are used for release builds) are still built in the old buildbot. Besides the fact that the old buildbot won't live long, it also lacks VM's for many new OS versions like RHEL10, and this problem is becoming pressing. Nobody wants to invest in the old buildbot; we need to move to the new one.

Status

• Connector ODBC builders :
  • are pushed to buildbot.mariadb.org. I will let the owner, Lawrin Novitsky, to let us know if we can consider them sufficient and correct before we can call their implementation "done".
