Connector/C builds in the new buildbot

    Description

      We need builders in the new buildbot for Connector/C. The platforms set is the same but again no MacOS.
      There is no need for RPM/DEB builders - only bintar, source tgz/zip and MSI.
      UB/A/MSAN builders would be great to have

      Branches - 3.3, 3.4 and bb-*
