    Description

      MDEV-33459 was first implemented in buildbot.mariadb.net.
      RPM automatic upgrades within the same family, 11.X => 11.Y, 12.M => 12.N, etc. should work seamlessly,
      and only for the same vendor e.g. between our packages.
