install/upgrade tests in Buildot contain work arounds for fixed bug

    Description

      Looking though the development and tests of MDEV-1104/1102 there are workarounds for MCOL-4120 and MDEV-14622 tasks.

      If these are really are fixed then there need not be the workarounds.

      notably the mariadb-upgrade in buildbot has a 20 second timeout so failures can not just wait for a full day.
