Support full numeric ranges for all data types

    Description

      ColumnStore reserves two smallest values in all signed data types, and two largest in unsigned data types.

      This violates policy of least surprise (can't take data from myisam/innodb -> columnstore via INSERT .. SELECT for example)

      Sensors often return smallest or largest values for error condition, "null" or other special data.
