rebuildEM utility fails on the TPC-H data (tested inside cron builds)

    Description

      Cron builds differ from CI builds by the amount of data created inside the database. Cron builds load TPC-H data of scale 0.1. When this is so, rebuildEM fails to, well, rebuild the extent map and subsequent queries fail.

      The test for MCOL-6302/MCOL-6321 should be disabled to make cron builds green while this issue is not fixed. And, of course, this issue should be fixed.
