Description

BuildBot puts CMAPI every day in the same dir `stable-23.10`. It can cause a situation where some packages remain old (in case of build failures for some distros).

The solution is;

daily build creates `stable-23.10-<current_date>`
creates symlink stale-23.10-latest ~~> stable-23.10~~<current_date>
