    Description

      As of now to enable QA one has issue a set of MDB client connection statements as described in a doc. Moreover QA force t o disable all MDB optimizer flags thus when it is not used and flags are not re-enabled Innodb performance is affected.
      The goal of this task is to reduce number of statements to enable/disable QA.
