    Description

      Multiple bugs and improvements after customer issue analysis.

      1. missed timeout to wait worker nodes cases controller node startup broken (optionally fix controllernode restart logic)
      2. eventually nodes became read-replica
      3. primary node still read-replica after manual change of Columnstore.xml (WriteEngineServer doesn't exist in mcs_progs services list)
      4. move shared storage check logs to a separate file
