Description

We need to make most metadata fields optional to simplify uploading results obtained from running on Jenkins packages (where fields like Columnstore/server branch are not available, only commit ids are)
Fields to make optional: columnstore_branch, server_branch, columnstore_repository, burza_branch, burza_revision
