Post upgrade to 23.10.4, some queries are taking forever to execute..

    Description

      One of the customer reported that post upgrade from 23.02.14 to 23.10.4, some queries(SELECT using joins) are taking forever to execute.

      Locally can simulate this scenario.
      23.02.14 the same query getting aborted because of my resource limitation. Customer noted query takes 1-2mins.

      Whereas at 23.10.4, query still running seeing executing from 6hrs so far.
